The Dumbest Thing My Parents Used To Say That I Now Repeat On A Regular Basis

"If I buy that, you'll just eat it."

(This is usually said when my kids ask for expensive, sugar-bomb type cereal.)

    A friend of mine calls those 'mommyisms'. You know, 'wear clean underwear in case you get in an accident' type sayings.
